Debuting in 2012, myBurgerLab is one of the pioneer burger joints in Klang Valley. For today's dinner, we hit myBurgerLab's first outlet at Sea Park. Right off the bat, we notice a long queue inside the restaurant, or "lab" as many people call it.
The kitchen crew works like clockwork to churn out delicious burgers for hungry customers. Each employee mans a station in the pipeline from grilling to sauces to packaging. The cheerful spirit is not lost on staff members who barely have a moment's rest all evening.
myBurgerLab has 3 burger categories: beef, chicken and vegetarian. Each category has several variations that differ in terms of ingredients. For an additional RM6.00, any burger can be upgraded to a meal with fries and bottomless soda.
The Beef A++ (RM16.50) packs a beef patty, cheddar cheese, parmesan crisp, caramelized onions and mushrooms in a bamboo charcoal bun. The patty uses 100% Australian beef and is prepared from scratch every day. Diners can add some "Red Sauce" for extra spiciness.
myBurgerLab is well known even among tourists. This is evidenced by the wall of banknotes from many countries. Besides this original shop, myBurgerLab has several more outlets throughout Klang Valley. In effort to appeal to a wider clientele, the restaurant does not serve pork.
