Old Trafford Burger is a roadside stall near the intersection of Chulia Street (Lebuh Chulia) and Love Lane (Lorong Love). The stall is named after the home stadium of Manchester United, of which the stall operator is obviously a fan.
The Mix Special Burger (RM8.00) is the ultimate choice with all ingredients: chicken patty, beef patty, hot dog sausage, fried egg and cheese. I am dismayed that the burger is prepared in a sloppy manner.
Coconut Shake (RM4.00) is a blend of coconut water and vanilla ice cream. The drink contains coconut flesh and flavored tapioca pearls too. The overall taste is dominated by vanilla ice cream. I think coconut should take the center stage instead.
Old Trafford Burger is probably an acceptable spot for a quick bite. But apart from its unique theme, the burgers are not particularly special. Food preparation is also awfully slow: even with only 3 customers ahead of me, the stall took nearly 30 minutes to prepare my order!
